Our Services
-
We work with communities to understand their vision, governance, operational models, and more. We help communities strategize on how to get work done effectively and reach their goals.
Our Community Matrix profiles 56 attributes across 9 dimensions of community which include: Legal Structure, Governance, Economics, Safety, Justice, Environment, Beauty, Wellness, and Culture. This is used to compare best practices in action and help communities collectively envision their future.
-
We work with communities to understand their priorities, partners, and costs related to developing the following infrastructure: roads, energy, water, waste management, sustainable housing, and more.
-
We offer consulting services to help communities strategically plan for their future. Examples include: Community Concept Guides, 5 year Strategic Plans, and Sustainable Business Modeling.
-
Our Risks and Needs Assessment examines community health and community infrastructure in order to identify opportunities to implement sustainable technology. As a result, communities are more aware of climate change risks, and prepared for their potential impact. The output of these assessments can be used for budgeting, planning, prioritization, and supporting data for grant proposals.
